Recipe: Zippy Fruit Dip

Zippy Fruit Dip

1 container (16 oz) cottage cheese
1 cup (4 oz) crumbled Blue cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons honey
Sliced apple
Sliced honeydew melon
Sliced fresh pineapple

Combine cottage and Blue cheeses in small mixing bowl. Beat on high speed until well blended, about 3 minutes. Fold in nuts and honey. Refrigerate covered, 1-2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with apples, honeydew melon and pineapple as "dippers".

Yield: 3 1/2 cups
