Recipe: Spinach Greens with Gorgonzola Salad

Side Dishes - Assorted
Spinach Greens with Gorgonzola

2 pounds washed and stemmed spinach
1 cup Honey-Glazed Walnuts
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup currants
3 tablespoons Poppy Seed Dressing
or other dressing of choice

Toss all ingredients together and arrange on plates.
