ISO: A peachy jello recipe

I'm looking for a jello salad recipe for the holidays that incorporates peach jello, almond extract to heighten the peachy flavor, and some sort of creamy addition or layer like cream cheese, whipping cream, cool whip and/or sour cream. I've also seen recipes that match the peach jello with raspberry jello for a peach melba - like taste. I just never saved any of those recipes! Thanks----
