ISO: Chile Peppers

I am growing hot peppers this year for the first time (I have cayennes, jalapenos, and super chiles)....any good recipes for sauces or drying them, etc.?? I am especially interested in cayenne sauces, how to do your own crushed red pepper flakes, etc, but any advice would be appreciated!! Thank you!!
