ISO: cookie trouble
Misc.I was wondering if someone could help me figure out why my cookies are coming out flat and crisp. I have tried several recipies for choc-oat chip and choc chip and they won't rise. I use whole wheat pastry flour instead of all purpose but I put in the b.powder and salt. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
