ISO: drop cookie using cake mix and whipped topping

Awhile back, I saw a recipe for a drop cookie that was made with a cake mix and a container of whipped topping; not sure if I saw it on a TV cooking show or online. I'm pretty sure there were only two ingredients; need to know what temp for oven and how long to bake?
