ISO: Information about Maid Rite Loosemeat Sandwiches

Misc.
Tonight for dinner we had the recipe that Gladys offered for Maid Rite Loosemeat Sandwiches and we liked them a lot and I will definitely make them again. I understand that the originals came from Sioux City, Iowa. I was wondering if they were served on any special buns/bread or with any particular condiments, did they have cheese on them? Thanks to anyone that can give me any information before I make them again.
