ISO: Juanita Jordan's Macaroni and Cheese - too much macaroni?

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces
I tried Juanita Jordans macaroni and cheese. I made it for 4th of July for my grandsons. I had half of the macaroni left over as there was not enough of the other ingredients to make it cheesy enough. There's something wrong with this recipe. I doubt it actually is Juanita Jordans recipe.
A note from Betsy at Recipelink:
The recipe calls for 32 ounces of cooked macaroni (16 oz. dry). I think the confusion was the recipe calling for "macaroni, cooked" instead of "cooked macaroni". I've made the correction to the recipe - thank you for letting us know!
