ISO: Liquid pectin quality

Has anyone noticed a difference in quality of Certo liquid pectin and Ball liquid pectin? I have always had problems with liquid pectin and my products not setting up. This year 5 of 6 batches of jam did not set using Ball pectin. I am becoming very frustrated. Unfortunately one of my favorite recipes uses liquid, otherwise I would never use the product. Thanks for any advice.
