Thanks for answering my question before I asked it. I've had the same problem with both liquid and powdered pectin for the past 2 years. I have 48 pints of crabapple syrup from last year and the same of plum syrup from last night. I sending for some of Linda Lou's recommended Pomona's pectin today.
