ISO: Looking for a recipe for Strudla

Misc.
My next door neighbor made strudla years ago. She would roll the strudla dough very thin, roll into a long tube shape and cut into bit size pieces. It would be cooked on the stove top with potatoes and bratwurst. I would love to get this recipe.
