ISO: Mocka Roca or chocolate bark using saltine crackers

My daughter e-mailed me that a new recipe is making it's round in MD. I had never heard of it and am trying to find it.

Saltine crackers covered with brown sugar and butter mixture. Baked and then topped with chocolate chips. I found the recipe for Mocka Roca on another site, but the instructions were vague to say the least.

Pretty simple, I'm sure I could figure it out if I had to. A recipe just makes it nice.
