ISO: Poor Man's Crepe from same Joy of Cooking - Thank you
Misc.I have been looking for that recipe for years! It was edited out of the Joy of Cooking. In the same edition of the Joy of Cooking as that Old Fashioned Butterscotch was a baked breakfast/desert called poor man's crepe. I think it just had flour, oil, baking soda or powder and sugar... or something? I can't remember.
