ISO: re: Southern Biscuits

Where's the fluid? I'm sure the recipe is good, but don't you need some sort of fluid, milk or water or something? If so how much. Thanks, Karen

Thanks for catching that Karen. Here's my guess at what it should be:

After cutting in the bacon fat and butter add:
1 to 1 1/2 cups milk (estimate - amount not given in original recipe)
Stir just enough to hold the dough together (no longer than half a minute). (before kneading dough)
