At a bake sale, a friend purchased some bars called "Rocky Mountain Sand Bars." She loves these bars and is looking for the recipe. They are a layered bar. One of the layers is a chocolate brownie-like layer and it has caramel drizzled on the top. Does anyone have a recipe for this bar?
