ISO: Shishkabobs

I'm looking for some good Shishkabob recipes using chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, hot dogs, sausage...you name it! I recently tried making them (with chunks of boneless chicken breasts) for the first time last week and they were scrumptious. I don't find many recipes, however. Will appreciate any good ones you might have. Many thanks. Judy
