Thank You: Baked Pineapple (using graham crackers)

Side Dishes - Assorted
BAKED PINEAPPLE

1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
12 graham crackers, broken into pieces
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Line baking dish with pineapple; cover with graham crackers.

Mix remaining ingredients; pour over graham crackers.

Bake at 350 degrees F until set/done.

Makes 6 servings
