Hi Carolyn,

Thanks so much for enlightening me about the walking tips. I had no idea about the fat burning in the morning. I do go off early in the morn! When I come back I have oatmeal with half a banana and a yogurt. Then I drink ice-water with slices of cucumbers in it all day.

Did you meet Lucille yet? Go to my Chicken Tetrazzini post and see her picture...you will like the story of how I found her! I think for Valentine's Day, I will put on a very pretty, frilly, pink apron on her!

Let us have a peek at Frescesita soon if you can post a pic of her. I bet she is soooooo cute!!
