They are almost always served as appetizers, in slices, with crackers, toasts, Doritos (not the salty ones), or vegetables cut for spooning the mousse (If it is prepared in the form of a dip). In some instances I had used them as part of a fancy salad, sorrounded by different kinds of Lettuce or Mezlum, potato salad or pasta salad. You can also prepare individual Mousses in Muffin molds. They are great to be served over lettuce as the first course.
