Hi, Eggy. I would LOVE to have your recipe! One of my favorite things to do is try different versions of my favorites foods. I am really, really looking forward to trying your recipe, since I am Taiwanese, too, and these custard buns can differ slightly from region to region in Asia, and even from bakery to bakery.

Tomorrow I drive down to Nashville to spend the holidays with my parents, and my mom has said she wants me to bake her some of these buns, which she cannot buy in Nashville. Your recipe comes just in time -- there will be lots of fun baking to do!
