Hi June,
The muffin recipe sounds good, but as you will notice I posted to Gina, who originally posted the recipe. I am confused about the mention of baking soda twice.
I'm glad to hear you are safely back in FL, how did your property fare in the storms this year?
We had a horrible windstorm from Ike a couple of weeks ago. We lost just the top half of a big pine tree, but some of our kids lost big trees and were without power for over a week.
Jim and I are doing well, and hope that you and Ed are well also.
