Recipe: 3-2-1 Power Bars (no bake, using granola, Rice Krispies, and dried cranberries)

3-2-1 POWER BARS

3 cups granola with fruit and nuts*
2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
3 Tbsp. butter
24 marshmallows

Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the granola, ceral and cranberries; mix well.

Melt the butter in a soup pot over low heat. Add the marshmallows and cook until melted and smooth, stirring constantly.

Remove from the heat and stir in the granola mixture until well combined. Let sit for 15 minutes, or until firm, then cut into bars. Serve, or store in an airtight container until ready to serve.

*To give these the most flavor, choose a granola that has lots of fruit and nuts.

Makes 15-18 bars
