Misc. Hi BG, thanks for taking the trouble to look up the recipe. I bought this bread in a local delicatessen. The ingredients are: Wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, vegetable oil, yeast, salt. Quite simple really (no olives by the way). It is a very thin crisp bread in an oval shape. I tried to improvise yesterday by making a simple pizza dough and rolling it out very thin. It tasted nice but wasn't quite the same. Well, thanks again! Isabel
