Curves is great! They really care about you. I didn't go for a couple of weeks due to psoriasis under my left foot and they called me to see how I was doing and why I hadn't been there. When there , there is someone always watching you to make sure that you are doing things properly. The routine is geared to your age, health and size. I have high blood pressure so they won't let me do floor exercises. They remind you of anything you forget. Wonderful, caring people. Thank you for caring also!
Hugs, Judy
