Chinese Cabbage 'n Beef

CHINESE CABBAGE 'N BEEF

1 1b ground beef (or turkey or chicken)
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 (1 1b) package cole slaw mix
soy sauce

Brown ground beef, spoon off fat.

Add sliced onion, saute for a couple of minutes, until softened.

Add in cole slaw mix, give a good stir, and sprinkle on a few shakes of soy sauce.

Cover, and cook on medium-low for a few minutes, give another stir, and cook another few minutes with lid on, until veggies are cooked down to the consistency you like.

Very tasty with some nice crunchy rolls!
