Congratulations, Gina and household!

Like Carolyn, I have my mental image of you in your beautiful FL home with all your yard flags and decorations and your beautiful kitchen. I am going to miss knowing that you're just up the road a piece!

BUT, I certainly am thrilled for you having found a house to suit you - but wondered about your Mama - will she be going with you, or does she have her own place in FL?

One of the hardest things I ever did was leave my elderly mother alone in her little house up in Massachusetts when we finally made the move down here to FL. I never got over missing her, nor her me and our little day trips together up there.

If the closing is May 23rd is that when you'll actually be moving or will you carry two houses for awhile. The housing market down here in SW FL hasn't just slowed, it's stopped dead in its tracks. Nothing is selling around here, while a year ago, houses would be on the market one or two days and be sold.

Again, congratulations. Someday I'd like to take a trip up into that part of Georgia - we only go through the part of I-95 that skirts Georgia on the way up north twice a year.

Will you be buying new furniture to go with your new house? It's always fun redecorating some place new.
