is accurate. When it was originally penned in the 70's, it was also accurate at
that time. (Granted, those old editions are not accurate now.)

Science has brought us a long way on understanding protein complementation and
this new edition reflects the current data.

We are each entitled to our opinions. Mine is that "Diet for a Small Planet,"
by France Moore Lappe is a VERY valuable book.
