ISO: Heip!Daughter wants to be a vegatarian..

and I am worried that she will not get the proper amount of protein.She loves
vegetables and has now sworn off meat,but she is only 18 years old and I am
worried about proper nutrition.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank
you!
