Recipe(tried): Scallops Au Gratin

SCALLOPS AU GRATIN

1 lb scallops
Court bouillon or water
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cooked baby shrimp
2 cups Mornay Sauce
1/2 cup grated mild cheddar
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
3/4 cup parmesan

Place scallops in medium pan and cover with court bouillon or water. Bring to simmer and cook 3-5 minutes; drain. Place scallops into 4 individual dishes.

Stir shrimp into Mornay Sauce. Spoon sauce over scallops and sprinkle with cheese.

Place under broiler until cheese melts.
