Gail,CO, you still with us?

Misc.

G'day Gail, DH reckons that if you use dark honey and soft brown sugar [not the dark stuff] for your Anzacs, you should get something of a success, as golden syrup is made from sugar. He says that you use this in brandy snaps and Anzacs are similar. Give it a try, and let me know how they turn out. Hope to hear from you soom cobber. Angel. O:-)
