Cooee Gail,

Misc.

G'day Gail, Greetings from home, and don't be shy here, we are all friends at TKL. Those thingies are called "Chocolate crackles". I believe copha is known as white vegetable shortening, over there. Do you have a food processer? if so, could you put the coconut in and wizz it for just a few seconds to make it a tad smaller, or perhaps bash it with the trusty hammer. Go into www.wsnet.com/~ang/recipes/ then tab onto info, then you will see 4 [ I think ] headings, go to the top one, may be a bit of help there for you. If this fails, give Betsy a call here at TKL, ask for my address, give me a call and I'll send you the link. One question for you, do you know of anything over here that I can use instead of Cool whip? I have a cake recipe I am longing to make and this is one of the main ingredients, and it is unavailable here. Thanks Gail, and I hope you dont stay away so long this time. Let me know how the Anzacs turn out if you try them with the honey/brown sugar. Love Angel O:-)
