G'day Clarissa, Thank you very much for this info, it is a GREAT help. I had intended to use whipping cream and see what happened. Now I can go on ahead and just make it. I was unaware there were more than two, I have to make a birthday cake tomorrow for my son, so I will practice on him LOL. Wish me luck. And again many thanks. Angel, O:-)
