Recipe: Italian Love Cake. For you Elly

G'day Elly, Here is the Italian Love Cake. I couldn't make it after all as I was short of a couple of ingredients, and not enough time to go shopping for them, so Barry had to accept the Chocolate Sherry Cake instead. I have heard reports about it and it is supposed to be something out of this world. I cannot wait to try it for myself. Angel. O:-)

Italian Love Cake:
Preheat oven to 180*C (350*F)
Grease and flour 9"x13" pan

1 box fudge marble cake mix
2 lbs ricotta cheese
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1x 3 1/2 oz box instant chocolate pudding
1 cup milk
1x 8oz carton whipped topping

Method
Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into prepared pan.
I seperate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Spoon over top of unbaked cake.
Bake in oven for 1 hour. Cool.
Mix pudding with milk, fold in whipped topping.
Spread over cake and refrigerate.
Enjoy
