My tip for today:- Use medium sized eggs for baking as large ones (unless specified) may cause cakes to fall when cooled.
Does anyone else have any silly idiosyncrsies like me? I do not like white shelled eggs. I will only buy the brown ones, and will stand at the supermarket shelf for ages changing over the colours, so as to have a whole carton of brown shelled eggs. You get the same sort of strange looks that you get when wearing sunnies in the rain. Angel. O:-)
