Green beans

The way green beans are cooked is definitely a matter of personal preference. My family likes them steamed for about 20 - 25 min. Served with just a little butter on them. My good friend across the street likes them more like Joy cooks them. Isn't it wonderful that we are all so different and can learn from each other.
