In Australasia, you can buy the most wonderful Swedish multigrain
bread, which I cannot compare to anything else. Even with the packet
information I have been unable to come up with anything similiar
It is called "Vogel's bread" , and has a very chewy outside, and soft
inside. It is great toasted, and makes wonderful open faced sandwiches.
Maybe you have ways and means to find out how they make it, that is
unavailable to the average person
Thanks

HI! I'm on a quest. My father-in-law insists on buying unsalted peanuts in
the shell and he's been trying to salt them himself. We've tried a variety of
methods; none which seem to work. I've been assigned to try to find the
answer for him. ( I always seem to get the worst jobs) I've searched the net
with no luck and I'm desperate.

Please help!

Hi,
How do you tenderize beef or pork? When I eat out at the
Chinese restaurants, the slices of beef or pork just melts in my mouth,
and I know they don't buy expensive beef or pork.I tried using meat
tenderizer and the result isn't the same. I heard the cooks use baking
soda on the meat and leave it in the fridge over nite. Is this true? How
would you do it? please reply. Thank you
yrs. sincerely, Sammy

My brother-in-law just loves one of my many cookbooks: Simply Delicious
Cooking 2 by Ron Kalenuik. It was published in 1994 by Magnanimity House
Publishers, 51 Glenthorne Dr, Scarborough, Ontario M1C 359.

I want to keep my book - can you find where I might purchase this?

Thanks much!
