Sauteed ground beef and onions and stirred in that canned Franco-American spaghetti and probably other seasonings. She then stuffed peppers with it and baked them. I know it sounds weird, but back then, it was pretty good. I think my husband had the Goulash/American Chop Suey version as a child.
