Hi Jackie!!

How's that wetaher up there treating you? My sister, who lives in Jersey told me she hasn't remembered this kind of weather in ages. She says it is mighty cold up there.

Hey, this recipe sounds like a keeper. I have been thinking about Shepher's Pie for a while. And, you are right, perfect for brrrrr weather.

Thanks for sharing this, gonna get the ingredients for it for next week. Tomorrow I am making a Chicken Enchilada so I will post that recipe to share.

P.S. Can you share a recipe for "American Chop Suey". I understand that is a yummy dish from your neck of the woods.
