Hey June!

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, I have cut it out and will soon be making it, it sounds just like what I imagined.

A few years back when Mom was still living in New York, we both took a marvelous road trip thru New England. Once in Mass., we of course stopped in a little town called...now the name escapes me, but it had a large statue of the Pilgrims and I did purchasae a Mass. Jr. League cookbook. Anyway, we stopped in almost all the little shops and in one, a lady was eating her Chop Suey which I caught the aroma as soon as I stepped in, delicious smelling by the way! So I asked her what she was eating and she told me Chop Suey.

The other day when the weather turned cool, I thought of that dish and now I have the recipe, thanks so much!!
