Thank You: Jackie - PS - Shepherd's Pie

Jackie - Maggie and her husband are campers at the same place on Cape Cod that we go every summer - they've been campers there for 37 years!! She is a fantastic cook, and can do unbelievable things in that little RV kitchen of hers.

When the weather starts to cool down in late August, and the evenings get cool, Maggie always makes a double recipe of this, and puts it into a huge double foil pan, and her husband cooks it over the outdoor grill with the top propped partially open, and careful watching of the temperature. Then all of us seasonal campers who are still there make the rest of the meal, and join up for an end of season party. Something we all look forward to.

Just a little info on Maggie's Shepherd's Pie!

Enjoy June
