it's all right, jeanne,/FL

Misc.
hey jeanne,

we all tend to think from the top of our heads!!! LOL... it's all right. when i first moved from the usa to australia, i couldn't find cornstarch anywhere, only to noticed that there were bags of corn flour that looked really like what i needed. i asked the shop keppers but they all told me that it "might" just be the cornstarch that i was looking for but they weren't sure. i decided that i should just buy one bag and give it a try. well, it turned out to be the same thing. i didn't think of library was just around the ,nor the power of the internet search. (where was i???!!!) as i got more into internet "cooking", i learned more and more about the differences in "names of food" (and of course many other things!) there are just so much to learn. thank god for techonology!

also, i must mention that you have an excellent reference there. that's also one of the most important "cooking bibles" in my opinion. it wasn't wrong in its description but just happned to be not the right stuff. :)))
