I'm an amateur, but I'm learning so much here. Please, tell us more specifically about adding sour cream to whipped cream. Add it to heavy cream before whipping? Does it change the amount of sugar needed? How much sour cream would you add to one cup of heavy cream? Does it change how stable the end product is? Have your tried it with chocolate added as well? I'm very intrigued!
