Misc.That is how corn is canned. Pints are processed for 55 min. quarts 85 min.
If you have a dial gauge canner, always use 11 lb. pressure, weighted gauge use 10 lb. unelss you have to adjust for higher altitudes.
The only thing with canned corn is that it can turn brown because the sugar turns to starch. Some varieties will do that. I personally prefer frozen corn to canned. Just depends upon your preference.
