How do you make Basil pesto? That may be worth a try --- I have so much cilantro I have been phoning friends who I know make salsa, to take some off my hands. They'll either have to freeze or dry it, but that is no problem. (Our tomatoes up here in Saskatchewan, Canada won't be ready for another month!!! -- that is the same as my dill -- it is always ready to pick about now, at least a month before my cucumbers are ready! Thank goodness for freezers and dehydrators!)

Until this year, dill was the only herb I dealt with. I guess I'll have to find something to do with my chives, too, because they are growing faster than I can use them. Too bad the oregano didn't grow as fast.
