Herbs, Herbs, Herbs :+)

Misc.

This year I planted Cilantro, Parsley, Curly Parsley, Chives and Garlic Chives all for the first time.

The Cilantro is blooming, so I thought I'd better pick it (what a strong smell it has!! Sure didn't have too many bugs on it!) --- I washed it and now, how do I dry it (I have a dehydrator), what do I do with it then, and what do I use it for??? (This one the herbs that "seemed a good idea at the time!)

Also, I picked the Parsley and Curly Parsley, washed it and am wondering if it can be dried in the dehydrator too? (Then what do I do with it, etc....)

Can chives be dried in the dehydrator??

Also, can you dry a mixture of herbs at the same time (different trays), or do you have to do one batch, then the other??

I am new to all this and NEED HELP!!!! Thanks!
