Re: Herbs, Herbs, Herbs :+)

Misc.

I like to freeze some herbs, some seem to get a better flavor dried - tarragon / dragon sure does, mut others tend to taste like hay. Chives and parsely are two I like to freeze. And dill.
Parsely can be chopped up and kept in a container. You just take out what you need. Same with chives. Chopped or cut and put in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid - or else your whole fridge will smell of chives. Flat leaved parcely and dill i just layer flat in a fairly big plastic box, lift out as much as I need and chop it while frozen.

I dry all other herbs. (Well, basil is put in the foodprosesson with some olive oil and prosessed to a puree, kept small, dark glass jars in the fridge.)
