Hi!
Both sets of my grandparents came from the Carpathian mountain region of Czechoslovakia in the early 1900's.....there one site by this lady, Eleanor, but it's not that extensive..there are recipes to be found on the web, but most are scattered. I can refer you to cookbooks that are simple ones from churches...they contain these that you are seeking..I don't want to solicite on the board, so post me a note & we can arrange it....*G*
