My Grandma came from czechoslovakia and I have many of her recipies and I live near Cedar Rapids, IA which is a large czech community so I may be able to provide what you are looking for! She was a great cook and taught my Dad, (her son) how, and between her and him, taught me. Problem is I never paid a lot of attention to learning the czech names for things (too buzy cooking and eating!), so any type of description you can add will help.
