Sherri-re: chocolate wedding cake

I have a copy of Dede Wilson's Wedding Cake Book. In it there is a recipe for sour cream chocolate cake, which she refers to as her "basic chocolate cake". It is freezable for up to 1 month. The problem is she lists her ingredients & recipes for tiers, 6-in., 10-in, and 14-in. But she also lists info on using square pans. I'll be happy to post them for you if you let me know which sizes you want, or if you just want one size. Each recipe is for 2 cake layers.

This is a pretty awesome book. This is all she does & it appears, quite magnificently! She also has a recipe for a marzipan chocolate cake (using blanched sliced almonds). The book also has various frostings & fillings. I don't know how complicated you may want to get, but it appears her basic recipes are good. Just post me & let me know what info you need. I'll be happy to help you out. You could have a great time testing chocolate cakes!
