sourdough starter - feeding/keeping

Misc.
Where do you store your starter? If you're not using it, keep it in the fridge. It will slow down, go dormant and be fine for weeks. I continually neglect mine in the fridge! When you want to use it, take it out the night before, feed it and it'll be ready the next day.

Starters are pretty forgiving. I'm no expert by any means and I haven't killed mine yet which is surprising.
